We have enabled TLS/SSL encryption on our Xonet.eu Email services. Also webmail can be accessed using an encrypted https connection. You can configure your mail client to use encrypted connection as follows:

Incoming Mail:
IMAP: imap.mailhostbox.com (starttls encryption in port: 143, ssl/tls encryption in port: 993)
POP: pop.mailhostbox.com (starttls encryption in port: 110, ssl/tls encryption in port: 995)

Outgoing Mail:
SMTP: smtp.mailhostbox.com (starttls encryption in port: 587)

You can also replace the domain mailhostbox.com with your own domain name, but in this case you have to accept the certificate warning and install the certificate to your e-mail program at the first time you log on.
